Please fill out all fields of the form on this page. After reviewing your submitted form, I will follow up with you via an email. A deposit of $350 is required to be added to a waitlist. Puppies come with limited AKC registration. Full AKC registration is available to working/performance homes.

Desired AKC Registration Type	Limited AKC registration - non-breeding Full AKC registration - buyer agrees to gain passing health clearances for hips, elbows, heart, & eyes before breeding.
Non- Refundable Deposit	A $350 deposit is required to be added to the waitlist. All deposits are non-refundable unless there are not enough puppies born to accommodate your reservation for the specific litter you're offered placement on. Changing your mind or cancelling for any reason constitutes a non-refundable deposit. PayPal fees are always non-refundable.
Puppies must be Picked Up in Person	We do not ship puppies. Puppies must be picked in person. We are located in Southeast Idaho near the city of Pocatello. Or, I am able to make arrangements to meet you at the Salt Lake City, UT airport where you can fly back with your puppy as a carry-on item in-cabin with you.
